Here’s what we do guarantee:

• If your dog isn’t progressing and you’re doing the work, we’ll re-evaluate the training plan and may offer additional support or a bonus session to help things click.
• If we can demonstrate the behavior change in the session and you can do it too, but things fall apart at home due to lack of practice—that’s not a failure of the training, but a need for more consistency.
