At Dominion K9, your dog’s success is our top priority. We’re committed to providing high-quality, personalized training that works—not just in our sessions, but in your real life.
That’s why we stand behind our training with a results-focused support policy:
If expectations aren’t fully met, and we believe there’s something we can improve in our approach, we’ll offer additional support—this may include extra guidance, adjustments to the training plan, or even free session credits where appropriate.
However, it’s important to understand what this guarantee does and doesn’t cover:
When We Offer Additional Support or Free Sessions
We notice something in the training approach that needs tweaking
You’re following through with the homework, and your dog is still struggling
We believe a fresh strategy or extra session could accelerate progress
When It Doesn’t Apply
You’re not consistently practicing at home
The homework isn’t being implemented as discussed
Sessions are missed or rescheduled too frequently to build momentum
…then unfortunately, we can’t offer free sessions, as the lack of progress would be due to inconsistency rather than training quality.
Our Commitment
In every session, we’ll show you what’s possible by working with your dog in real-time. If we can do it, and you’re able to follow through during that session, then we know the process works. Your job is to take that momentum home and keep it going.
Our role is to guide, support, and adjust when needed—but the results come from teamwork.
